1. 17 अक्टूबर, 2022 को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गुजरात में 'मुख्यमंत्री अमृतम आयुष्मान कार्ड' के वितरण का शुभारंभ किया।
2. प्रधानमंत्री जन-आरोग्य योजना के तहत गुजरात में सभी लाभार्थियों को उनके घर पर पचास लाख रंगीन मुद्रित आयुष्मान कार्ड वितरित किये गए हैं।
3. गुजरात के तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री के रूप में श्री मोदी ने वर्ष 2012 में मुख्यमंत्री अमृतम योजना शुरू की थी।
4. वर्ष 2018 में प्रधानमंत्री ने आयुष्मान भारत प्रधानमंत्री जन-आरोग्य योजना  है।
5. इस योजना के तहत प्रति परिवार प्रति वर्ष पाँच लाख रूपए तक की कवरेज दी गई थी। वर्ष 2019 में गुजरात सरकार ने मुख्यमंत्री अमृतम वात्सल्य योजना को आयुष्मान भारत-प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना के साथ जोड़ दिया।

1. On October 17, 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the distribution of the 'Mukhya Mantri Amritam Ayushman Card' in Gujarat.
2. Fifty lakh color-printed Ayushman cards have been distributed to all the beneficiaries at their doorsteps in Gujarat under the Pradhan Mantri Jan-Arogya Yojana.
3. The Mukhyamantri Amritam Yojana was launched in the year 2012 by Shri Modi as the then Chief Minister of Gujarat.
4. In the year 2018, the Prime Minister launched Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan-Arogya Yojana.
5. Under this scheme, coverage of up to five lakh rupees per family per year was given. In the year 2019, the Gujarat government merged the Mukhyamantri Amritam Vatsalya Yojana with the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana.
